I have currently got Swiftkey loaded as my keyboard as I prefer it over stock. What other suggestions are there?
$10 for a keyboard if I want it on both my iPhone & ipad? Yikes.I use Nintype. I think Microsoft's Wordflow and Google's Gboard are pretty nice too, but I settled on Nintype a long time ago now.

Basically the same for the same reasons. I do wish that something like swiping/gliding was available using the stock keyboard and perhaps the cursor control that Gboard offers (not counting 3D Touch capable devices that already provide that anyway), but despite those temptations I still end up going with the stock keyboard partially because of speed, partially because of less glitches, partially because of dictation, and partially because of habit and being more used to it (and thus better with it) by now.Stock. Tried SwifKey & others. Too many issues. Faster with stock.
Ok. Good to know. Thanks. That just indicates it's for both. The apps I've seen that weren't universal usually had "for iPhone" and "for iPad" tacked onto the name to make it not confusing.

Go to your Notes app and try it there. That's simply a shortcut for Settings>General>Keyboard>Predictive text.Hi Will.
When I try to use stock keyboard for typing anything on safari browser's address tab, the predictive text is off.
How are you using predictive text in this case? Any ideas on how to turn this on?
It's because of this missing feature that I have had to use swift key :/
Advanced thanks for any help/tips from anyone....
