What kind of Games can I run on OSX/Windows on my maxed Macbook?

Hi I'm a newbie when it comes to Mac gaming, so bear with me.

As you can see in my signature I have a:
13"3 Macbook 2.0GHz
4 GB RAM , 320GB Hard Drive
But a crappy Intel GMA X3100.

So my question is; is there a list? Or could you suggest some good games I can run natively on my Macbook or some good Windows games the would work on Boot Camp or Crossover Games.

I wanted to play Call of Duty 4 but of course my chipset is not supported
Is it possible that COD4 could work?
Can either Assassins Creed, Far Cry 2 or Crysis Warhead work in Bootcamp or Crossover? (On my Macbook)

I know I'm asking a lot of questions if you can answer any or all of them that would be most appreciated.

All three of those games are all pretty new and have some great graphics so those games will not be playable, you might get 10-15 but once you get into some graphic heavy scenes it will drop like a rock. So I think you would be wasting your time so sorry.

Maxing out the hardware on the Macbook isn't going to provide any significant increase in gaming performance. I'm still boggled how many "maxed out MacBook" gaming threads have turned up lately.

You're better off spending $500 on a PC to game.

I play WarCraft III a lot on my MacBook, and thanks to the game's age, it still gets around 40fps at maxed out settings. It should also be very cheap now, and does not require the CD after installation, making it perfect for the MacBook.

I know but I like my Macbook so much!.
Anyway I said "maxed out" because I obviously don't understand gaming too much.
I didn't buy RAM and a bigger hard drive to run game I bought to speed up my Final Cut and other RAM-needy apps.
I wasn't sure if it helped for games.

@Tom B. - Thanks for the advice although I'm not too keen on Warcraft III but I'll look into older games like CODII, but the problem is that Game Developers are only starting to realize Macs for gaming now.

I enjoy my MacBook as well. It still struggles with the few 2004 games that I play today on the Windows side.

Even a small expenditure on a PC is going to reap greater benefits then trying to force a game on your MacBook.

Umm...what does this have to do with what your saying?
Your macbook won't run newer FPS anyway and Bootcamp will run any older games you want. So no problem!
