What kind of RAM to buy for an iMac

I want to upgrade the RAM for my iMac, but don't know what to buy

My iMac is 2.33GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo. Memory type: DDR2 SDRAM, speed: 667 MHz

I went online but found nothing match perfectly. Some product name showed DDR2, but has 2.66GHz, some are SDRAM but the other part is different.

Can anyone help?
