What kinds of bluetooth headset do you like?

I have just bought a bluetooth headset,but it only have one and only for an ear.
It is very small and without line.
I am very afraid it may lose very easily.
It is very strange to design the bluetooth headset.
So which kinds of bluetooth headset do you like.
If anyone can choose a good style and tell me,that will be great apprecited.
