None yet, but I'll be getting the mid-range one. If the low-end had a superdrive, I'd be all over it though.
Edit: I didn't realize you were including the MBP, which I have the 15" matte.

I just got my SR Macbook swapped for a new one after the Hard Drive failed in my first one (13 days old, how the hell did I pull that one off), oh and thanks to the guys at the Derby Shoppes Apple Store in Hingham, MA, you guys really helped me out of a really sticky situation and got my mac swapped real easily for the problems with the situation (if any of you are here).

I got the top of line macbook about a year ago, couldnt justify spending an extra $50 just to get a black one though!

In a month or so, I'll be getting my MacBook Pro (low end model) to replace my aging iBook G3/600 MHz from 2001. I may wait until after MacWorld SF in January, but I may not. I dunno yet. It depends on how excited I am when I have the money for it. I may end up getting it on/before Xmas. It'll last me for another 5+ years as did my iBook.

Just ordered the Black 2.2ghz Macbook today with 4mb Ram.

Apple charges a huge premium of ram, i change the order to the stock ram and buy ram from elsewhere you can save a huge amount by doing this.

I have the 2.2 white, I have 2.5GB RAM in it.

I can't give an exact figure for mine as there is no option for a single 2GB stick but if you take it as half the 2x2GB then apple are charging 270 quid compared to 47. That is nearly 6 times as much.:eek:

I've got a 2,2 MBP glossy and it absolute gorgeous.
Had a 12" PB and I absolutely LOVE the new display and the plus in space I got (Pixelspace) :D

I am already doing that, Ram is coming from Newegg for $119

:)

2.16GHz C2D 1GB, originally bought 2GHz CD, but it was upgraded after multiple problems...

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU like Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/420.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.0 Mobile/3B48b Safari/419.3)

I have the 2.2 core 2 duo white MacBook with the SR chipset. I am planning to upgrade the RAM to 4 gigs.
