What manufacturer of Memory/SSD does Apple use?

I'm willing to buy the new Mac Mini. However, I am not willing to spend 300$ on memory from apple.com.

So, what type of memory (RAM) does Apple use? What about SSD?

Any tips for which to get?
For RAM I'm looking for 16GB. For SSD at least 160.
Any advice where I can buy them online for great prices..

I ordered the new mini earlier today and ordered some Corsair RAM from Amazon as well.

The new mini uses 1600MHz DDR3 memory, the same specs as the current MacBook Pro's, and the RAM I ordered works in MacBook Pro's, so there shouldn't be any problems.

I have Corsair RAM in my 2011 mini, never had any issues with it (and it was twice as expensive as the stuff I ordered today - what a difference a year makes)

I've upgraded memory and have found Hynix and Samsung modules in the macs. I've read that their SSDs come from Toshiba and Samsung.

In my Early 2011 13" MBP I've installed memory from G.SKILL and have had no problems whatsoever. I just went to 16 GB and installed a Samsung 830 256MB SSD. It screams in the benchmarks now.

Newegg, Amazon, and TigerDirect is where I usually get my hardware.

Are you sure about this? Both the latency and voltage are wrong. OWC and Crucial modules that are promoted as exact matches use CL = 11 and Voltage 1.35V. The Corsair modules you linked have CL = 10 and Voltage 1.5 V. While lower latency is better, could it be possible that a combination of lower latency and higher voltage might lead to stability problems?
