Hi guys i am looking to buy memory 32gb for my mac pro 2009 quad core and down the road i will upgrade my cpu to 6 core and of course flash my mac. I just want to get proper memory. I need to upgrade my memory for 3d

Yes it will work. It will probably run at 1066MHz, and if you flash and upgrade to a hex-core CPU it will begin running at the full 1333MHz.

Edit: In the eBay auction's description, it already mentions your exact computer!
