What Mini Builds Are Typically Available in Apple Stores?

I'm thinking it's time to pull the trigger on the Mini, and I had my eye on a 6-Core, 512GB, 16GB build, but the delivery date is almost March. I may need it before then, but definitely would prefer it before then. What builds does Apple usually keep in the stores to buy and walk out with?

Just the 2 base configurations (i3/8GB/128GB, i5/8GB/256GB).

I just received my CBO this morning from Apple. I ordered it late on 1/29.

If you don't have a problem buying from B&H, they have most of the different models in stock ready to ship. I was looking at their site over the weekend.

And that is why I don't order Macs from B&H. I have been tempted a few times. Their policy jolts me back to reality, and I learn to be patient as I wait for my CBO from Apple every so often.
