General What music tweaks have the best quality?

I've used Pandora Downloader, Grooveshark w/Grooveshark Enhancer and also MewSeek.

I tend to use grooveshark more only because I tend to get more results. MewSeek is also good because I like how it gives you the quality of the file before downloading (192kbps, etc).

Just wanted to get others insight on this topic.
