Dock:

Textfree
Web Browser Folder (Life, Atomic, Opera and Safari)

About half of the stock apps I never use. Wish we could delete them.

At least we can get closer to deleting them with iOS4. I have a folder called "Unused" on the final page of my apps screens and I put all the unwanted stuff in there. I agree though that it would be nice to be able to delete them completely.

The third party apps on my home screen are Evernote, PowerOne calculator, Catamount PocketMoney, Illium eWallet, Dataviz DocsToGo and Apple iBooks. I only have 12 apps on my home screen because the other 4 slots are used for folders. All my dock apps are built-in apps (phone, ipod, camera and settings).

Homescreen:

Netflix
Navigon
Pandora
TuneIn Radio
iFile (Jailbreak-only File System Browser)
Cydia.

I also have BeejiveIM in my dock along with the four default using 5 Icon Dock.

Weather folder - contains stock app with Accuweather and TWC
Sportacular
DirectTV Sunday Ticket:D
Pandora
Nike+
NFL Game Center
ESPN Radio

MXit (soon to be removed though)
eBubby
Swearch (also going to be removed)
Dropbox
Moxier Wallet
ShopShop
Opera Mini (replacing Safari in the dock)

I don't like changing my 1st page around too much because I'm used to the layout now and can open things without looking :D

The non-stock apps on my home screen:

INRIX Traffic
Easy WiFi
Appigo Notebook
Appigo Todo
Facebook
The Weather Channel
1Password
Quick Text
a folder with all of my Money apps
PocketMoney

Almost none of the stock apps are on my homescreen. Ironically, given the blog that I write, the stock Camera app *is* on my homescreen.
