Roku, Vudu 1TB, Vudu 256GB, Sony 3d blue ray DVD, LG blue ray. Disc players play different web "channels".

ATV2

I still have my ATV1 (patched with ATVFlash) connected, but I don't use it any more.
Sold the PS/3 when ATV2 arrived - I was just using it for Netflix.

Next time I buy a TV, I'll try to get one that supports DLNA and maybe Amazon's Video on Demand. Every now and then I consider a Roku, but I always seem to be able to find something to watch on the ATV2, so there's not much of an incentive to have more...

TiVO Premiere, Samsung Blu-ray, and my 13" MBA which uses Plex (the media lives on a 2TB Seagate that is plugged in to the MBA when in use).

Other than the new MBA not having an IR receiver, the MBA/Seage work well for Plex. I set up both my wife and my maxed-out MBAs with Plex and directed the media server to look for the Seagate 2TB drive. While it means that you're not totally synced on watched/unwatched, it means that whomever is home can just plug, run Plex and watch whatever they want.

That set up will work until the ATV supports local storage through the USB.

Home theater:
PS3, Onkyo 606 (with speakers :)), Comcast HD (switching to dish soon)

Bedroom
LG blu ray player, AppleTV, cable (HD locals only)

Misc:
I do tend to plug the Macbook into the TVs when needed. Great for Hulu.
I have some old DVD players plugged into other older TVs in the house.
Sometimes I do use the video out on the iPhone when needed, but not much.
We do have some music and movies ripped to a hard drive and stream them to the PS3.
