Like the title says.

Only paid for apps I have are .....

Touchdown ... For my work exchange email. 30 day Full Free Trial. Was good enough that I bought the license key for it.

Need for Speed Most Wanted ..... Got it on sale a while back. Best 99 cents I ever spent.

Slingbox app ...... To watch my recorded DVR shows when I travel.

Google Music .... I'm still on the Free 30 trial period. Not sure if I will stay or cancel.

Other than that, I use all free apps and services.

FetLife. Not from the Play Store though since Google decided to pull it randomly. Have to get it from MiKandi now. Still paid of course. I like supporting the developers of awesome stuff.

I'm also currently using the trial of SwiftKey but if I'm honest I'm not exactly impressed by it.

I pretty much pay for all my apps because I don't like ads in my apps and I want to support developers so they can make proper apps.

Yep lots here. More paid for than are actually installed too. I have no qualms paying for an application, I have no intention of cheap skating someone else's hard work.

Chomp SMS, Doodle Jump, and Nova Launcher Prime are the only paid apps I have installed on my phone. I've bought a dozen or so other games besides Doodle Jump but none are currently installed (I delete games when I finish them or no longer play them).

I haven't really found much to buy besides games to be honest, and even then there's usually not much of a reason to buy the game, nearly everything I like and use is free. Even Chomp, Doodle, and Nova I only bought to support the developers - not much difference between the free and paid versions of the apps.

Over $1000 worth over the last two years. I support developers as much as I can, so if there is a pro version, and I like the app, I will buy it.

These are all the apps listed as purchased in the Play Store on my phone. I've bought hundreds of other apps but I'm too lazy to scroll through Wallet and jot down every single one of them. I don't even use a quarter of them anymore.
