What plug-in am I missing??? (pic inside)

I am missing some sort of plug-in here on my iMac. Can someone point me in the right direction to what I need to download? I took a screen capture of what I am getting, thanks!

What are you attempting to do or load when you get that image, a video file?

Probably the Adobe Flash plug-in.

What is the site in question? That'll help determine which plug-in you're missing.

newmusicserver.com Its is a private mp3 site, and this is what I get when I click the preview link to sample the audio before I download. So its just audio.

my guess then is that it's the real player plugin.

yea but this seems like a flash or shockwave problem, normally real audio is launched in real player, not imbedded into the page
