I assume you mean real looking (as in photo-realistic). First that isn't down to the 3d program, thats really down to the render engine, the scene setup and the materials used. If you know the render engine (you can usually add some to programs too) and can setup the materials well then the end result will be as close to realistic as possible with any 3d program that is designed for this type of work.Yo! there is a modelling program, which you make the shapes and stuff, then there is a render engine, which makes the final image. i like to use sketchup to model and kerkythea to render personally because they are both free an great programs
