Yo! What program can deliver the most REAL quality in 3D design? Share some tricks with me, I promise I won’t tell he he he.

I assume you mean real looking (as in photo-realistic). First that isn't down to the 3d program, thats really down to the render engine, the scene setup and the materials used. If you know the render engine (you can usually add some to programs too) and can setup the materials well then the end result will be as close to realistic as possible with any 3d program that is designed for this type of work.
As to tricks - not giving them away :p
 
I'm not familiar with render engine, can you give more specific details?

there is a modelling program, which you make the shapes and stuff, then there is a render engine, which makes the final image. i like to use sketchup to model and kerkythea to render personally because they are both free an great programs

so there will still involve modeling programs, I like that. Just need to know about render engine, :D:D
 
MAYA with Mental Ray Image or Pixar's Renderman. IMHO the most photorealistic render although it is subjective.
 
Pretty much any of the modeling/rendering packages nowadays can render photorealistic images. It's more of a question of how you model, set-up your scene, optimize render settings etc. that will give you the best quality images.
