What program do you use to change you icons?

My trial to candybar just expired and im having trouble finding a program that can easily change my icons. What program do you all use?

Candybar is really in a class of its own, I find. Easily worth the what... $12.95? I think that's what it costs. Worth it.

Shapeshifter is cool too, though I'm waiting for it to come out for Intel Macs. Don't know if it does icons, but it does so much other stuff that when it comes out, I'ma buy it.

Another vote for candybar. it' s easy to use and it's cheap.

If you don't won't to spend the dough you can change most icon's yourself. I think system icon's are not manually changeable.

i also cast my vote for candybar.

i bought it though.

I also bought and use shapeshifter ( still on PPC )

however, the theme i'm currently using doesnt even require shapeshifter! haha! go figure! ( UNO 1.3 )

i do it by hand... didn't know their was an app. maybe i'll learn applescript or get good with automator and make one. system icons are changeable. the computer just needs a restart afterwords i think.
