What Ram do I need for my macbook???

can you tell me what Ram I need for my macbook 1.83 ghz??

These two links on ebay say they are compatible but they look totally different and I'm not sure which is the best to go for...

I really wouldn't buy ram (or any technology) off of ebay. The risk of getting scammed is too high and I don't want to have to put the time in to make sure it is legit.

Thanks Canadaram... I didn't know about the guides sorry. Anyway I found the info I needed in the buying guide and have decided to get some straight from crucial as they have an excellent memory selector.
