3rd Rock from the sun
I just bought a refurb Mini (1.83GHz CoreDuo & 512MB RAM) and would like to upgrade the RAM before I upgrade to Leopard (and to speed up my multi-tasking on the machine. The mini primarily serves as a media server (thru an airdisk) and video encoding machine. I know Leopard is said to be more efficient and snappier... but I'm using that as an excuse to spend more money and upgrade the RAM :D

So... 2 decisions:

1. What kind & type of RAM do I need to get for it?
2. 1GB or 2GB? Can a significant difference be noticed between the 2?

Thanks!
