Estimated shipping date depends on when you orderd and if you ordered a 7800GT or not. It was 4 weeks after the order for most orders and 8 weeks after ther order was placed if it includes a 7800GT.

So people who ordered on Oct 19th received a November 17th ship date. (7800GT wasn't available for ordering initially.)

As of today, the leadtime (without the 7800GT) on the US store is now 2-3 weeks instead of 3-4 weeks. So that's progess.
