What size band with 42mm Apple Watch?

I am awaiting my 42mm SS Apple Watch with Black sports band....

I am looking into buying a brown leather band or some other bands, instead of narrowing my search down to "Apple Watch specific bands", I figured I would buy a 42mm adapter and maybe pick up a few bands at local stores around where I live.

For those of you who already purchased Apple Watch bands, do you find that 22mm or 24mm looks better with the 42mm face?

24mm.

I'm using 22mm on my 38mm watch.

24mm. I find it looks best with the 42mm and fits the adapters well.

Okay thanks guys! Thats what i was assuming....

btw any suggestions on best quality adapters for Stainless steel?? I prefer to use amazon over ebay.
