What size leather link is best for 175mm wrist?

My wrist is 170-175MM I fall in both size categories. Any advice?

I have both the s/m and the m/l (in different colors) with almost exactly the same size wrist. Both fit well tithing issue and very secure feeling. I prefer the m/l as it just seems easier to put on with the little bit extra of a strap.
