iPad What the difference between a sync cloud drive service and a backup drive cloud service?

Trying to backup my iPad online in the cloud. What is better ?

There is an option with iCloud backup? Because that’s the only one I’d consider.

As far as I am aware, you can only backup your iPad via Apple iCloud online (WiFi). You can’t use any other online cloud service to backup your iPad. For now, you have iTunes, iMazing (excellent third party app better than iTunes) and iCloud via WiFi.

Yeah, I wouldn't use anything else other than iCloud backup.

Cloud drive services store specific folders of files online and facilitate synchronization of those files across devices. iCloud backup will backup your apps, files and settings (most files and settings, not everything) allowing you to fully restore your device to a prior state. That said, as others have stated, if the backup of the iPad itself is your intent then iCloud backup is the way to go.
