Buy a new card. I scanned all those bar codes your screen put up. It's a plea for a quick death from your gpu. Just bury it in the back yard next to the pet goldfish. That card should have come with a little Do Not Resuscitate sticker on the side.

Negligible, if noticed at all (speed! power/heat disadvantage probably quite noticeable!). Also the 4870's are infamous for dying voltage regulators (mine took the monitor with it when it blew).Radeon HD4870 is older and much hotter, but in some cases faster than HD5770.
