So i'm not getting one but like in 2012 late when its time to totally get new hardware if the HDD is 512GB+ I'm in!. On a budget of 1000 bucks for a new laptop The 11.6" air should be that price or lower!

Also these are the specs i'm anticipating 20th:

1280x800 Screen at 11.6"
Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz-2.13GHz
2GB DDR3
128GB Flash
320M GPU clocked under
2 USB
Display Port
A special port that can be used in two ways: For a external DVD or to ethernet.
stereo speakers
Built in 3G

That would be awesome!

How about posting your opinion that no one cares about in one of the already existing 6700 posts of opinions no one cares about?

I hate to break it to you, but the new MBA must use iX and not C2D (Intel kills C2D by end of the year)

The French are less ignorant than Americans and over all are generally quite pleasant people especially if you go to France with kids (very child friendly culture)

hummmmmm......

I was expecting a "top machine" 11.6" MBA... however, by the recent news, maybe it will differ form the 13" model to be more price competitive with other trademarks... not good news for me!

What does 128GB FLASH Mean here again? Are you talking about SSD? Please stop smoking. All that for 1000 dollars?

You showed that you cared negatively by posting this message.

I think a MBP and a iPad is perfect. No need for a MBA. Although ur high res screen is compelling!

he is from ireland. i'm guessing now you will say "oh that's ok then, we can all agree americans are the most ignorant/arrogant. as long as you're european as well, nothing wrong with bashing the US."

apple has been known to let products languish without updates for years+ and then suddenly hit them with two or more updates in a small timeframe. wouldn't surprise me if they unleashed a c2d macbook air tomorrow, and then a sandy bridge macbook air in february.

I have no idea why everyone is talking about nationalities here.

The OP is a moron because he's a moron, not because he's American or Irish or anything.

Anyone who starts a whole thread about THEIR OWN OPINION (that nobody cares about) when there are already ten on-going threads with people posting speculations etc is 1/ a troll 2/ a moron.

And anyone who responds to criticism by insulting the person on their alleged nationality (whowuddathunkit: some people DON'T live in their country of origin! omg!gasp) is even more of a dumbass.

Err I'm American and I know from experience that many Americans traveling abroad have little respect for the laws of the country they are visiting thinking it doesn't apply to them.

Compared to the Americans the French are very nice and family friendly

There are only two things I hate in this world...people who are intolerant of others...and the Dutch.
