iPhone 14 Pro Max What Time Does The Online Reservation System Refresh Stock?

I’m trying to get a confirmation about when new stock is refreshed on the online reservation system?

I’ve contacted Apple & they can’t seem to confirm anything.

In the past, usually it’s been 6am or 8am local time, but just wondered if anyone knew if it was the same this year too or different?

Or when the best time is to check?
