What Time Dose Apple Update There iTunes Store?

According to Disney's press release the Suite Life Movie is suppose to be available in iTunes today but it is not yet there, what time dose Apple updated the store on Tuesdays? I can't wait to get this movie.

It looks like iTunes has already updated today, since new releases like Tron:Legacy and Little Fockers are showing up.

It is up there now, a day late, just bought it although won't have time to watch it until this weekend.
