I just downloaded iOS7, and am now waiting for Xcode 5 to be released. We don't know for sure when it will be released, but when do you all think it will be released?

This is nothing but speculation, but I expect Apple will release iOS 7.1 (with public Touch ID and iCloud Keychain APIs), new iPads, Maverick, and Xcode 5 in about a month. Or Apple could release Xcode 5 today.
Xcode 5 has been available for months now. And the GM was released on September 10th. What are you waiting for?
What GM are you referring to? I just checked yesterday and the most recent Xcode 5 download available (for OS X developers anyways) was Xcode 5 Developer Preview 5.
