My macbook pro just got back from the local mac store. It was sent in and recieved a new logic board. After coming back to the store they performed a hardware test and the ram failed and had to be replaced. Now about a week after getting it back it wont even turn on. What do I do? I spent alot of money on the computer and need it for school work. Will apple replace this as a lemon?

Call apple care support and set up a Case number with them. Let them know your problem and that you need one for school & they will most likely send out a replacement computer.

Absolutely. Call Apple, be firm and polite and request a case number and a replacement.

If they give you any grief, tell them they can either deal with you or with iGary on your behalf.
