What to do with SideCar ? How do you use it ?

Hi Guys,

I have very recently got a Mac Mini and so I am trying to find out how best it can help me in my workflows and day to day life. I have always had an iPad Pro but am new to the Mac Family

I would like to ask you guys this thing Sidecar how does it help in your workflow ? What do you guys do with it ? How do you guys use it for your needs ? What is the Use Case for it ?

Can you guys please give me some examples maybe I can take some cue and inspiration from your use case ?

Thanks for the link but I also wanted to know how does it come handy ? And so I was asking for examples of how people use it here in their day to day life ?

I have a MBP, so I use Side Car when I'm away from my desk and want a second monitor to put stuff on. (Sometimes I'll also use Universal Control at the same time.)

When I'm docked at my desk, I already have two external monitors; so then I mainly use Universal Control to use Teams, Outlook, Safari, Messages, etc. on my iPad.

This is basically how I use it. When traveling, it's nice to use as a second monitor in a hotel, at a client office, etc. I don't use it with UC. I do wish you could use it in portrait mode instead of landscape mode.
