my friend sent me a couple of RAW files...some DVD Files...it's a movie, what can i do with it in order to play it? i don't have a SuperDrive lying in my iBook so i can't burn it anyway...so how can i play it on my system?

Do you have a combo drive? With that you can read the files on it. RAW image files can be browsed in iPhoto 5, and DVD movie files can be viewed with the DVD player app, if it's burned properly. Are you sure they are DVD files ie. In a video_ts folder? It could be that it's quicktime or vcd, VLC opens most video formats.

thanks anyway...i used WinRAR and it's done now...
