What tool do I need to remove these screws (first photo)? There are two of them. I have a set of Hex Keys, but even the smallest one won’t fit in this annoying screw Apple used to fix a bracket on the side of the hard drive. Also, there are two screws with out heads (second photo) that Apple used. I thinking some kind of wrench for those? Any ideas? Thanks.

I recommend iFixit for these sorts of questions:

The bracket screws to mount the hard drive usually a Torx-8, or T8
Six-sided, but technically not a hex screw.
The shape of the torx driver is a 6-pointed star, not a pure hexagon shape of a, well, hex head

I agree, iFixit is quite often a good source to find out what tools are needed to disassemble your Mac.

Yes, per the above a Torx. For the side screw a Vise-Grip (if you're not planing on re-use) should do it....think thats what I used some years ago.

RESOLVED: Went to the hardware store and got a Hex Key set. It was a T8. Thanks.
