I'm putting a new Top Case on my MacBook Pro. I have 2 different major brand name tools sets and neither of them fit the screws very well, so I've manage to strip the head on 2 recessed small screws = major pain. For instance, the #00 Phillips is slightly too big and the #000 Phillips is slightly too small and was the cause of the stripped screws. I'm not trying to put Apple out of business, but I do like to repair my own stuff when possible.

So, I'm wondering that maybe they aren't Phillips, but another type head, maybe a Frearson or Combination?

Does anyone know what tool(s) the Apple Repair Techs use?
Thanks.

Definitely Pentalobe, and I used a pentalobe screwdriver and I still striped 2 of the screws in my 2017 MBP. It's sitting in the bone pile until I get the proper tools to fix it.
