I would recommend following Yoko Ono(yokoono). very brilliant thoughts. Most older musicians would have more sensible tweets if you're going to compare it with the teenage or younger musicians (who would post nonsense sometimes). You can also follow NatGeo (NatGeoSociety), Paulo Cuelho, Peoplemag (peoplemag), and TheRules.

I think you'll find this question to be a personal preference question, in so far one interests one does not interest another.
