"You shouldn't store app folders, libraries, or .tmp files in iCloud Drive."

I think I know what libraries are... i.e. Photos Library but what are "app folders" ?

Thoughts?
I would assume those are the Apps that are stored in folders inside the Apps Folder.

ie. My Adobe apps are contained in folders — and not just a single file. The Wacom files are inside a Wacom folder. Same for Maxwell Render.

It seems that's what it is saying but by that logic, I can store apps in iCloud Drive as long as they aren't in a folder? That just doesn't seem to make sense. I was thinking it was saying Applications themselves but why not just call them Applications?
