What will come first – 4K@60 hz Mac mini or Apple TV?

I'll buy a new TV within the next couple of months, and will need a 4K capable unit to drive it.

What do you think will come first?

4K at 60Hz Mac Mini is already here. I have one.

It's called "late 2012 Mac Mini i7".

Hmmm... maybe not! The patch only supports up to OSX 1.8! Frankly, while I used to use this, I've been running at 50Hz without any noticeable issue, as I just never go around to installing an updated patch. Maybe there is one to be found in another place.
