What will happen if you remove the anySIM app after using it?

Before using anySIM I would like to know the answer to the following question:
Can I remove the anySIM app after going through all the process and successfully enabling the iPhone to use other carrier's SIM without loosing the ability to use any other carrier's SIM?

I just want to be sure that after going through all that process I can remove the app from the iPhone to avoid unwanted usage of the anySIM app.

Nothing you're good to go. Once the apps has run and the mod done you can just remove it from the Apps folder and when you restart the icon will be gone.
