What was the 12" Aluminum laptop by Apple in 2005 called?

13.3" Aluminum laptop by Apple in 2008 = Macbook Pro.

just like kittens on youtube!

LOL!

Threads guessing what name the rumoured Mac hardware will be are like kitten compilation videos on youtube.

You know it'll be pointless, but u just can't help yourself and have to have a look!;)

How about the Mac Slim?

No, sounds stupid, who'd buy that?

Ummmmm.

Mac uber-thin (much thinner than anyone else's, but don't bother checking that, just believe our Apple hype) sub-micro-mini-supercomputer-book?
:apple:

I'll take a guess and say Macbook Lite.
sounds good to me, tastes great, less filling

Sounds good yeah, but also sounds a bit like it's lacking in power.
Apple are trying to keep the naming conventions simple,
How about the Macbook Mini?

i agree with macbooklite sounding like it could be less powerful.

I wouldn't have thought they use a name from another apple brand, so nano wouldnt be likely.

Macbooksub sounds like an Apple/007 fanboys wet dream. :D

I would hazard a guess at something along the lines of macbookmini, in keeping with the desktop brand.

I agree, Macbook Lite sounds like something is missing, or has been taken out. A bad name given that the form factor is meant to give something extra.

An addition to the Macbook Pro range, or Macbook mini, seem possible to me!

"macbook pro mini nano lite touch" edition. apples new policy to try and win over more windows users - make it sound as close to a microsoft product as possible!

Definately going to be called the:

iTouchBook Small

I'm sure of it! Positive. I heard it confirmed somewhere.
