I'm on my second pair of AirPods with the wireless charging case. Both of them exhibit the same behavior despite being purchased months apart. When I set them down on my wireless charger, the light on the front turns orange for a couple seconds, the iPhone recognizes that it is charging, and then, when I come back later, I find out that it hasn't charged at all. I assume this is a case of an incompatible wireless charger somehow, despite Qi being a "standard." This is the charger, a Rav Power model, I have a few of around the house. They don't work when plugged directly into the wall, or through a USB hub.
