What wireless printer for iMac?

Need some suggestions as to what printers I should be looing at.

I think it depends on your needs, for home I went with the HP Envy last month due to the small footbprint, quiet and AirPrint features. It's great for any home with Apple products.

I really depends on what your needs are. I rarely print and seem to scan much more these days.

this is probably a dumb question, but I'm being totally serious here. Do you need a wifi to use a wireless printer for an iMac? I'm going to be living at my college's apartments and there's no wifi available, only ethnernet ports.

not a dumb question mate, but no, most printers will plug into the USB port on your iMac no problem, but check that the printer supports the OS first.

You can also get wifi and bluetooth printers as well that will run perfectly well from your iMac, again providing they support the OS
