Title says it all.

Personally if jailbreaking it becomes a pliable option down the road, I think it'd be a no brainer.

Please note; that the last option is basically for those that refuse to buy due to the OS, or those who are completely uninterested.

I think if Charlize Theron delivered one to me in a winter coat with nothing on underneath I would give up my credit card and purchase one.

@Chaos123x: We can only wish!

I think it's a matter of time before a version of iLife makes its way onto the iPad. With the 30 pin -> SD adaptor it makes it a decent option.

I think real photoshop (real as in not the photoshop.com application) would be amazing on this thing, like using it on a Mac with a Wacom; but on crack.

I don't think an Aperture 2 (maybe 3) mobile or Lightroom 2.x would be that difficult to make either.

I can't really make a valid assessment yet, I just don't know what to think. I know it can't replace my iPhone as a cellular device, and I know it can't replace my new netbook in terms of functionality.

It is obviously a very niche product, I just don't know how I can justify myself into this purchase.. Especially because when it is released the new iPhone will only be 2-3 months away at most, that being another Apple expense that I'll have to go for.
