What would you buy 27" iMac or 21.5" iMac with a 2nd monitor

I would like to have a new computer I have narrow my choices to i3 27" or i3 21.5" with a 2nd monitor(Dell UltraSharp U2211H 21.5").

The prices being close to the same

27" - $1699
23" -$1499+monitor $279= $1778

I would be using it for web surfing, photoshop and page layouts for my design business on the side. I like the idea of getting 2 monitors because that what I have now, all though they are small only 15". I fiind it easier to work with 2 monitor because you can always drag shuff out your way that you are work on without having to close it.

Guess the question would be why would the 27" be a better choice. Desk space is not a issue I will make room.

The speed on the 27" iMac, along with the increase in graphic card size will be beneficial (IMO).

Both have the same specs.

3.2GHz Intel Core i3
4GB
1TB hard drive
ATI Radeon HD 5670 with 512MB

For some strnage reason I could have sworn you were getting the i5  If thats the case then I would be tempted to go for the dual monitor set up. Gives you more screen space and also looks damn good.

A serious question: Have you tried Spaces as is available in the System Preferences panel? It's free and works well. I've got mine set to four virtual screens with each screen getting its own set of applications.

Tried it didn't like it.
