So last month i brought my pb in because the case was bending/warping. After about a month of waiting for the part and emailed "steve" it finally was "fixed". Now a few weeks later its happening again. Although not as bad, its not a perfect seal. buts its definitely uneven. My applecare ends tomorrow, but i still have the 90 day warranty from the repair.
Should i go and complain or just let it go? Am i being to anal about a little un-eveness?
I'll post pictures once my camera has some charge.

how bad is it? could you take some pictures of it? if it isn't that bad and if the computer works fine, i think you should live with it.

is that bulging above the superdrive? do you know what the cause of it was the first time? did it cause problems before? is it causing problems now?

apple never told me but i think it was caused by heat. They tested it and it ran within normal temps. It never caused any problems now or then, its just cosmetic.
I can take a piece of paper and slide it in over the superdrive but i can't on the opposite side over the left palm rest....

to be honest, i'd call apple and see what they could do about it. you just sent it in for the same issue. they should have sent it back with the issue solved. good luck on your endeavor.

I couldn't even see what the complain was from the photo without reading the description of it. I see what you mean now. Mine is the same way. However, it is just about the smallest space you can imagine. I guess if it's doing it again just after being fixed it could maybe get worse, but I think that's normal. Mine has that above the superdrive, but not on the other side (except again on the very corner of the other side). Unless it gets worse, I'd let it be. I know when you find small things they tend to bug you even if they're teeny, but really... if a lot of people have this same thing, you are most likely never going to get it fixed. I wouldn't even call it broken.
