I'm currently working on a game and I am worried that the way I had thought of for in-app purchasing is going to be the downfall of my game (look at the reviews for the game Dots: A Game about Connecting and that's what i'm afraid of). Mine consists of 4 different game modes, and one is free but the other three you have to pay $.99 for each or $1.99 for all of them. I'm asking anyone, just what would you rather pay for?
A. I could use the method above
B. I can charge for the app ($.99 most likely or $1.99)
C. I could try to come up with a coin system, though I really don't know how that will work for just extra game modes in the long run, once you get enough that would be it...
I'm not trying to become a millionaire here but I do want my app to not be terrible yet make some pocket change! Ads are NOT an option. I hate them so much.
