Very nice! Is this a blogging software or online wizard? You really like SE eh? Im using an M600i right now.. great phone..I love the rocking keys.. I was using E61 before this and tomorrow Im goin back to Symbian again as the S60 3rd Ed apps are on the grow and I can use some WIFI access and save $$'s on GPRS.

Nice, but the thumbnails took too long to download. Are you using thumbnails images, or just resizing the large ones in HTML?

Yes, if you have iPhoto, you could email the pics to yourself and select a small size. iPhoto will scale down the pic to reduce the size of the file.

You can also do this manually with Fireworks or Photoshop.

The benefits are that the page will load faster, and you will use less bandwidth.

Please don't email pictures to yourself. You can export pictures from within iPhoto and select the size, you can even use Preview. Use Automater if you have lots of pictures. Best would be something like 'save for web' from within PS though.

but... then I need to upload two pictures to my server? first the thumbnail and then the bigger on...

I like your overall design a lot. I think it's cute and simple, but effective and elegant. However, I happened to be at a Windows desktop at the mo' and I wanted to share with you how it looks on Firefox/WinXP. This is at 1024x768, with the window (as you can see) not fully maximized, but fairly close.

Two things:

1) Note how the highlighted text above the first blog entry is truncated.

2) It would be nice if you dynamically resized (it should be easily possible with this kind of site design) so that the site fit horizontally given the web browser size. I'm not sure what this does on a Mac, although I'd suspect that Mac Firefox would be similar. And there are still tons of the 12" Mac notebooks out there with 1024x768 screens, and on mine at least, I keep the browser about as big as it is in this screenshot....

But it's nice work! Keep it up! I'd bookmark it if I had a Sony phone. :p

Hi,

Here is my site: http://www.sefanatics.com/

What you think about the layout? Is it good or bad?

I like it. One thing I would change is, because it seems like an over abundance of diagonal lines, make the blue heading area have none of the lines, but keep the lines everywhere else. You'll see, that should make it look a lot better!

I resize the larger ones in html. Is there a better way to do this?

That isn't resizing the picture, that is just displaying the picture smaller (think zooming out). Browsers are still downloading the full size picture.
