The app let you see who was on wifi and available for FaceTime instead of guessing and hoping. I think you could even leave visual, literally visual, voicemail.

Looked pretty awesome and it was suppose to be free.

You have to call someone who has an iPhone 4. It shows up as an option to do FaceTime on the calling screen.

sounds pretty awesome. Yeah, I definitely apple should have implemented this feature.

Like in the contacts list there should be some "facetime" icon by whatever contact is connected to wifi (and maybe even a hollowed out facetime icon for those users who have a facetime enabled device, but isn't currently in a wifi area). Also there should be a way to filter to ONLY your facetime contacts.
