Before I installed my SSD internally, I tried it out externally and the USB 3.0 really interfered with my keyboard and mouse to the point that it wouldn't work properly at all. Is there something that I can use instead? I still have the enclosure, but it's also 3.0.

By the way, has anybody had issues installing SSD's into late 2012 models? Mine looked nothing like the Youtube videos. I had to take every component out of it and unscrew the old one from the sides. It wouldn't budge at all. It was a pain, and I don't plan on doing that again! :D

I use a Thunderbolt sled for my HDD's and SSD's, never had any interference issues to date.
BTW, did I mention it is fast?
