Whats better in the MBP. The 160 gig hard drive at 5400 or the 200 at 4200?

Can you be more specific? Such as letting us know what the purpose of your drive is? Better is such a vague term

The 200gb actually performs better than the 160gb due to higher aural density, but it suffers from slower seek times.

What exactly is your metric for "better"?

I can say a Dell is better than a Mac just because it is more affordable and runs more programs. Everyone has a different measure of good.
