What's everyones mbp 14/16 battery health at?

Mines already down to 94 after 30 cycles, seems like a lot.

I am using AlDente to manage the battery, connecting to the power supply for a long time, and using the power supply after maintaining the power at 80, currently 8 cycles a month

I’m not sure if that question was directed to me. I’ve never let mine get below about 15%. I use it only on battery power unless charging or installing upgrades. I typically unplug it around 90% or so. My low cycle count is probably due to not working the machine hard as my apps are office like mostly. I’ve had very good success with other laptops using the same technique.
