So guys as we all know new iphone 4 is coming up but do you think they did a great job in this generation. Thinking about buying one or should I wait.

If I was you I'd wait for the iPhone 20 that will scale up and down seamlessly to any size from 1.5" to 140" and weights 3 grams.

I'm not buying one until its free on a £5/month, 6 month contract and has a RS-232 connector

I can get you the new iPhone for free on a £5/month, 6 month contract, but I can only sell you the RS-232 connector in an ISA expansion card that's sold separately. Deal?

Bigger screen maybe 3.7"

Notification system like in Android, it currently is one notification and thats it.
Better lock orientation support

I would like a 3.7 inch screen too, but seriously, .2 inches is not really a noticable difference. A better notification system would be nice. I don't know how they can improve on lock orientation support considering it's built directly into the multitasking bar now.

It lacks features that impress unrealistic lint-head imbeciles. Other than that, its perfect.

Woah thats a long wait and by the time iphone 20 comes out I would loose interest in apple lol

Btw just so let you guys know that so far I dont own any iphone. So finally I was thinking about getting this iphone 4- dont you think that it has all general features that we require??

I'd say this is the first iPhone that really has everything I was looking for. Buttery smooth operation (based on using an iPad with A4), HD video camera, multi-tasking , great battery life, folders! Honestly, after using iOS4 GM on my old 3G and my fathers iPad the marriage of the two in the iPhone is really going to be great. No wonder they ran out of pre-orders for launch day before the end of the day on the 15th.
