Is this the end of our iPhone journey? Any chance a different screen design is launched before our SE3s and iPhone 11s get so old that they becomes unusable? The whole notion that Apple cares about accessibility is so laughable given their track record of barely offering a single phone with dumbed down specs with an LCD option and now even taking that away with the 16e.

Apple has been doing tons of Accessibility stuff for years, AirPods Pro literally became Hearing Aids last year. You can be disappointed that LCD screens have left he iPhone lineup but there's no need to be hyperbolic.

Good luck finding any alternative.... everything is pretty much OLED with some form of PWM.

Apple do a lot of helpful stuff to aid in people's daily lives, so saying they dont care is a bit OTT. You can get glasses that lessen the effect of PWM so maybe try them out.
