Whats the best deal

iPad 32GB - Brand new, sealed. Bought from online company ( can meet in person, one of the personal lives near me) 699€

Or

iPad 32GB - Used for a day ( i think ) , and bought from a guy who responded to my ad online and says hes selling it because his girlfriend doesnt want it and he has a receipt and a leather case 670€

I had originally argeed to go with the company, then changed my mind and said id go with the other guy and now i changed my mind again. The only reason i changed my mind again is because its not brand new and sealed and for 30 euro more i get piece of mind.

What you guys think?

And yes the prices are really high, im paying an extra 100 euro than what the iPad will cost when it is available in my country in "july"
